I didn’t get any of the special packaging with my purchase which was disappointing. My SA said they may get some of the packaging in next week and then he’ll try and get me some. First and foremost i was happy to get the items

The bag is soo cute. I really love the magnet it seems nice and strong. That little pochette is too cute. I love your Kendra Scott necklace by the way matches your top perfectly! I must say I did buy the perfume it came with all the packaging and of course the samples. I was impressed. I’m supposed to be getting the 6 am mules tomorrow. We shall see. They are holding my notebook ransom lol. I think they said end of February. I agree people buying the whole collection and then reselling it. I was weak I bought a cles off of goat for 625. The Rosalie wallet is so gorgeous. I wonder if Louis Vuitton is having more problems then we thing. I bought a alien bag charm from them and it was place in cart it’s not coming until March. Weird. Hi, can you remove the short strap completely and just use the longer strap? I think for much shorter height people, just use the longer strap is enough otherwise too long.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. You cannot completely remove the short strap as it is connected completely on one side. You can add the longer strap and place it on the shortest setting. Not sure if you saw in my video, but I showed it on the longest and shortest setting as a crossbody. ❤
