What are the most important features of the voicing when trying to get well playing top notes on the 12-hole? I can play all the notes on mine but I've played ocarinas with way stronger last notes.

Ooh you cut the mouthpiece from the outside ! It is easier to position the ramp of the sounding hole.... it is so clever !! *-* I cut the moutpiece in the middle, I will just carve the mouthpiece hole as you do, from now on Problem then, is the ramp of the sounding hole...it dry and makes cracks Y_Y so it cannot be thin .... If I wet it again, the clay will not be good...I think I must change clay composition ...You covered the sounding hole, how can you know where the stick finish?
