Takayoshi Ohmura is easily recognized in the Kami Band as he usually plays his signature sparkly pink ESP. He has also been seen playing Mikiop Fujioka's ESP after Mikio died.

Absolutely brilliant, the speed and articulation is insane and yes, there's that scalloped fret board...for even more sustain (IMHO). Just...as you say...AWESOME!! Great reaction Ryan!

I believe that video is originally from 2005, when Ohmura released his first solo album (Power of Reality). He's of course even better now!

Takayoshi Ohmura, one of the world's finest guitarists. His solo work, performances with Babymetal, and Marty Friedman, etc. Never Surrender may be his best solo song.

Friend of GS and you may remember, composer of "Live every moment", possibly your favourite track from W. Also wrote for them "起死回生Forever" which you really enjoyed too. Talented guy!

Talk about scalloped frets geez. Ohmura was Mikkio Fujioka's ( Kami Band Guitarist who passed away in 2018 RIP.) ...student and good friend. He has Mikkio's red snapper Strat ESP. Cool reaction Thanks ryan

Ohmura inherited a lot of Mikio's equipment. He auctioned off any duplicates (amps, etc.) in order to raise funds for Mikio's family. The proceeds from the annual "My Little God” memorial shows Ohmura organizes also help support the Fujioka family.
