When you see Dr. Mandell, he doesn't write you a prescription, he writes you a grocery list 👌

I am a retired R&D scientist who worked for a specialty ingredients company in the USA. One of our slogans was to let people get their health benefits from the "KITCHEN CABINET rather than the MEDICINE CABINET". How true that Dr. Mandell is recommending such an approach
@MamaKalash3 күн бұрын
Yes! True, but that's not the way it's been for the past 100+ years. If you know who took over medicine, long ago, and what their agenda is, then you understand why diseases, heart failure, cancers, and mostly ph@rma, has been the leading cause of de@th, for decades.

Dear Ram, I Love the slogan of the company you worked for. I am such a believer that the medicine cabinet isn't the way to improved health. The true way is through our kitchen cabinets. Thanks for the great share. Dr. Mandell takes health and healing to a new level for sure. ❤

I do this regularly. Wake up, have some water, then peel, then crush some garlic, let it sit while I make a black tea(orange pekoe). When that tea is done(bout ten minutes) I dice the garlic and put it into a small glass. Take half a lemon, squeeze it over the garlic, add some water and down the hatch. Swirl the glass a little to get the garlic off the bottom of the glass before drinking. Then I drink some more water to rinse my mouth to protect my teeth from the acidity from the lemon. Rinse the glass and put the remaining half lemon, cut side down, into the glass, and into the fridge for the next day. Then I drink the tea with some 'real' honey, not the fake stuff.

Funny, speaking of consuming lemon and garlic, I just finished eating Tilipia, that I make in the Toaster Oven. Here is my recipe: 1 Tilipia Fillet in oven proof ceramic dish 1 clove of garlic, chopped Slices of Lemon, 3-4 go underneath the filet of fish and a couple on top. (To your liking) I sprinkle the following herbs and spices over the top of the fish: Sea Salt, Lemon Pepper, Penzey's Northwoods seasoning, Dill Weed. Finally I finish with 3-4 slabs of butter on top. Then into the oven at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes uncovered. I then take out and take my fork to squeeze the lemon slices against the sides of the pan to extract the juice from all slices and then remove those to the side. You now have a lemon butter garlic marinade in which to eat the fish with. Yum!

@Stormy4757 I get my organic Hawthorn berries from Amazon and just make tea. Boil water first, take it off the heat and pour the water on 1 or 2 tablespoons of berries and let it steep for 15 mins. Don't boil or simmer the berries, just let it steep. Steeping hawthorn berries is important because it allows the beneficial compounds within the berries, particularly those related to heart health, to properly extract into the tea, maximizing its potential benefits like improved blood flow, strengthened heart muscles, and reduced stress on the cardiovascular system; the longer the steep, the stronger the flavor and the more concentrated the active ingredients become. Hope this helps 🙏
