This is game management 101: You're on the road, fought back to tie the game, your D has owned them the entire second half, you're backed up inside your own 5, 32 seconds on the clock, no timeouts, your opponents have all their timeouts, and you just caught a huge break with an intentional grounding call that took away their game winning opportunity. RUN THE BALL ALL THREE TIMES, BURN THEIR TIMEOUTS, PUNT, TAKE THE GAME TO OT. The lack of football IQ here is inexcusable.

Also, Houston was willing to let us run the clock out and go to OT until we started throwing the ball. Or Scheme up a short pass to move the chains.

That was the worst I have seen Josh Allen play since his rookie year

I don’t get why they don’t get a fullback and just run the ball

They have one and don’t use him. McDermott is pretty consistent with having personnel and not using them.

Josh is more concerned with not throwing an interception than playing well

I agree. However, Josh is still injured. The GM hasn’t built a good enough team. The HC is mediocre. They’re not winning a Super Bowl with Sean McDermott.

Be aggressive in the right situation. Make them burn their timeouts. Josh was bad all day why did he think it would change? Terrible as far as joe Brady? Does this not sound familiar to dorsey last year? Geez I hope not.

This is an onion of an issue. 1. Josh, I believe is hurt. I think the Bills are covering up a concussion at least, and it shows in his play. Outside of that, Josh gets rattled when facing teams like this. 2. Coaching. My lord… Again, if this is a glimpse of what’s to come from McDermott, then spare me the disappointment. It’s not about being aggressive. It’s about situations. He isn’t good at that. He has a history of this. 3. Joe Brady, brother… growing pains. I get it. But you confuse me sometimes with your play calling. 4. The defense takes too long to get going. Your greatest struggle is third down. Sheesh! 5. The offense itself is in shambles. Wideouts are horrible. When your best wideout is Shakir, that’s a huge problem. No shade to Shakir, but we need more. We need better. Your personnel is putrid. Samuel’s is a bust! Hollins needs to stick with his infamous informercials, because him being a receiver isn’t it. What happened to the tight ends? All this talk about Kincaid and Knox being a duel threat… yeah ok. Your best weapon is Cook and for some reason, you deviate from him… Last point, The Bills are going to have to make some difficult decisions. Beane needs to be a GM and do what’s best for this team. Moving forward, make better decisions. And identify what side of the ball you wanna focus on.

The annual Josh Allen roller coaster ride. Healthy and plays like an MVP in September. Gets dinged up/injured shortly thereafter and October/November performances are drastically different. Re-gains health by December and drags team into playoffs.

Think about this. If this was the Cowboys do you think Jerry Jones would be changing coaches and signing Adam's asap??? At the end of the day they are starting to waste Josh Allan's career here... He needs people. Championship teams have multiple all stars on it...

Defense was wild good all game if you really look into it. #1 the Allen TD golden throw to Mack Collins was frustrating and even MORE that 15 yard placement at the end with Mitch just handing the ball off. They KNEW he was going to hand it off for a wasted 1st down.

At front of the loss should be the fsct that Josh Allen clearly suffered a concussion and was put back into the game anyway less than 5 minutes later. And was offered smelling salts on the sideline, caught briefly on camera, before he was put back in the game. Player safety? Concussion protocol? Joke.

WR room is garbage. Worst in the league, even the Panthers have better players. Dawson Knox? $14M a year. He has 3 catches for 27 yards, for the year!!
