What i learn about this scene is that butthead is just a stupid kid but he loves Beavis as a friend that's why he was so in shock

Yup pretty much this episode you find out he secretly always cared n loved Beavis. Theyre not good at showing emotions feelings, but they definitely feel them, plus toxic negative upbringings from there famiies don't help. But in the very end is even a bigger giveaway he might love Beavis a little too much, when the god was talking he said in an alternate universe ending that things wouldn't of ended well, if he chose not to save Beavis, not only he'd be dead, but butthead then too would of died very shortly after from heart broken syndrome. ❤ So that's a sweet but sad touching thing to know.
