I tried the Balloon built in embroidery design and it said it was to large for the hoop. I did try to resize it to smaller but it was still to big. With it being built in I thought it should work. Am I over seeing something I should be doing. I would really appreciate your help. Loved you video and learned a lot from it. Thank you

@RoxanneKermidas Hi there, can you tell me which hoop you are using for the design and if you have the design centred on the screen? If the design is not centred and it is outside the embroidery field area for the hoop, it will tell you that the hoop is not big enough. @joannehunt8840 You can stitch out any design that fits within the embroider field of the machine. The maximum embroidery field is 160mm x260mm - you can do smaller of course as well :)

Thank you for this great and helpful video. Are embroidery bobbins the same size/model as the sewing bobbins for this machine?

@petsquadbxl Yes this machine takes the A style bobbin for both the sewing and embroidery. It will be the thread that you have in the bobbin that would change. Let us know if you have any further questions :)

Hi @carlatayler2400 yes all sewing and sewing/embroidery combination machines come with a foot pedal.

what a great machine! SADLY the NV2700 is not available in the US 😞. I prefer not to have the disney content. i'm sure it's only a matter of time that the NQ3550W disappears from US visibility. Thank you for sharing the details...
