Do you suggest buying multiples of wigs that look the best on you? Dylan and Natalia look so good on me I cried. I am on a budget and I can purchase one wig a month, and I am thinking I should stock up on both of them. I currently have 2 Dylans and one Natalia in pecan because my hose burned down and I lost all my wigs. I was thinking I should have five of each. What do you and everyone think?? I try to keep them in good shape and take care of them so they will last. I saw my bariatric doctor today and I was wearing my Dylan and he said oh my goodness your hair grow back and I’m like thanks but no, this is a wig and he says you’re kidding me! I come from the south and all the women wear wigs down there and let me tell you that it looks like your own hair and looks very natural.

Just got Encore today. The part went over easy, but the bangs took some real patience. They insisted on sticking strait out. So i used my blow dryer on cool setting n even put some Vaseline on the fibers to weight them down, n it finally worked. Shes ready to go now. 🤗☺👍 very pretty style.

I had troubles with the bangs on the Misty Mocha one and had to spritz with water and use my hot air brush to train them down and under. Much better now! I purchased Encore based on your review. The wig I received was used. I contacted Paula Young immediately. After a few days, they finally responded and was told that I could return the wig but I'd be charged $19.99 return shipping and $1 for returning the item. I reached out to them again, but was told the same thing. I find these charges extremely high and will never purchase anything from them again. I wanted you to know because you represent the company and I'm sure have generated a great many sales for them. I'm passing this information along to other wig wearers so that they'll be aware of the outrageous return fees.

Please email customer service with your order number, and please tell them that Beth advised you to do so. No free return shipping? I need to return Sheer Elite for an exchange for a different, less expensive wig, and if I use their supplied return label, they will deduct the shipping cost from the balance remaining on my account. If there is no balance, they will deduct it from the cost of the wig being returned. How do they call that free return shipping if they are charging me for it? They also are charging an extra $1.95 delivery fee in addition to regular shipping costs. What's all this about? Looks like they are making lots of money on that extra "delivery fee" because it adds up tremendously for them with every purchase that's made. How is that fair to the buyer who gets hit with all the extra "fees," which just makes Paula Young richer with every sale? Ridiculous! 😠

Beautiful!!!! My go-to color for Jaclyn Smith wigs is Misty Mocha. My Krys was Misty Mocha and my current Bridgette is Misty Mocha as well. I ordered this Encore in the Champaign color. I had a JS 'Red Carpet' (I think that was the name) in Champaign and really liked the color. It was delivered to my daughter's 3 weeks ago after a long wait for it to be in stock. Love your videos! I'm at the beginning of the wig/topper journey with two from PY so far - Ashlee in 12/28 and the long Versafiber topper in 14/26. Love both of them! I just got a Raquel Welch 14" Top Billing with wave topper in color 14/22, that I haven't worn yet (just received yesterday) but I think I will enjoy it too. The hardest part for me has been choosing colors and I actually had to do an exchange on the RW one since the first one I ordered was just too dark and ashy. I have two more coming from PY and think I need to order the one in this video too! I love their price point and the quality is really good. Thanks for sharing your journey and all the tips and products. Bought the air brushes you recommended too and love those!

Love the Misty Mocha color on you. I would really like to see you do a review of Stage Presence, also in the Jaclyn Smith line. I tried a similar style, Sheer Elite from the Couture collection, but it had a hand-tied cap and was way too small for my big-ass head. I adore your videos. So I have Sheer Elite and the hand tied do run on the petite side of average. The first wig I had on is hand tied from Jaclyn Smith and it is a little bigger than the PY hand tied cap but still more on the petite side. I love that style! I just ordered one in wildflower honey and also Natalia in the new section. Natalia is coming in sunlit sable.The misty mocha is very pretty but too ashy for me. It does have a grayish tone. I like warm tones, dark blondes.

Hello Beautiful! When I saw this Misty Mocha on you I knew I had to have it, I love it! This will be my first wig and I have a question about the size. I have an average 21.5 circumference but my front to back is 12.5. Do you think it will be too large? BTW, this MM color is gorgeous and it makes your brown eyes really pop! 👁 I had never seen it before (newbie here, been looking forever) on long hair and I think it may be my go-to color. Hi Tammie, thanks so much for watching and commenting! I was really surprised at how beautiful MM color is, I think it’s a great choice! These run large, I am 22.5” but you can tighten those adjusters and wear a velvet grip underneath and I think it will work. You may also like Bridgette which is similar to this but a bit longer! No they don't, I'm sorry to say. It was a gorgeous lace front hand-tied wig and I think it was originally retailing at $199 which was an amazing value at that for those features but it just didn't sell. PY clearanced it out at $99 and I literally bought the last one they had, the color is SF12/28 Honey. 💗💗💗

Misty mocha is a very pretty ash color. When I decide to be grey I will add some bright ash to it. I really loved the One you came on with. Gorgeous. Overall all 3 were pretty. ❤🎃

Wow, that High End Fashion is really gorgeous but sadly they discontinued it pretty quickly as it didn't move because the price point was high due to the cap features! I’m so glad I found you! I just bought my first wig from Paula Young, Gayle. I see people combing out their wigs kinda roughly like you do with regular hair. Is that normal? Mine is tangled and when I tried to comb the bangs it pulled and showed the cap or is it called tuft? Any help would be appreciated!

Hi dear! So I'm always a little more careful with curly and/or wavy styles. Use a wide tooth comb and start at the bottom and gently comb from the bottom up. If a weft gets exposed when restyling or moving the part, for example, just do a little adjusting to ensure that it's covered back up. Wishing you all the best and I'm very happy to help! There’s not really another one just like Encore other than Jesse but I think it’s slightly longer actually. Kris is cute but it was too short on me. I had Mason a couple years ago and that one was cute and somewhat similar. 💛😊👍

I've recently bought a couple of white/60 wigs and clip-ons from PY. They're both darker than my natural hair, but they're pretty. I love my natural hair color, but I'm getting thin on the top. Makes me feel so sad! I've always had a good head of hair. No mo. Love your videos!!

Hi dear, I’m so sorry about your thinning hair! I find alternative hair to be such a lifesaver. You probably have enough bio hair to wear the headband hair or toppers. You can always add root spray to darken your bio hair to blend a bit better! I’m wishing you all the best! xoxo 💞🤗😘

Ohhhh Christy, I'm so sorry if that's actually what happened! Believe it or not, I didn't order it that day. I actually emailed my rep and she called me the next morning and there was one left in the warehouse so I paid her over the phone with my credit card and that was the one they sent me! It's so gorgeous and I would love for them to bring it back but due to the cap features the price point is higher than what their customer usually spends so it just wasn't moving. It really is gorgeous though, reminds me a lot of JR Zara Lite and that wig is over $500 so this was a tremendous value! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you that they get more in. I love them both. Encore is shorter in length so easier for a work day but I love the longer Bridgette too and her bangs are shorter. So I wear them both! 💛💛💛

It may be more that I tend to style all my wigs the same with a side swept bang. However, Encore is created with a longer curtain bang and razor cut layers and flicked ends. The length of Encore is quite shorter than Bridgette but again, the bangs are longer as they are meant to be a center part with curtain bangs feathering out to the sides. I believe the style was created to replicate how Jaclyn Smith wears her hair today! 💛💛💛
