Totally forgot I bought Natalia in my hair mail! I bought the pecan delight and I am buying another in this color! Thank you for all your tricks and tips because I am able to make them look better than they do in the catalog! I have received so many compliments on these wings. In fact, my doctor thought my hair grew back and didn’t know it was a wig! You ate the best! I can’t wait until you have another wig sale. I’m replacing all my wigs very slowly because my house burned down. I also lost 170 pounds as of today and I had to buy all new clothes. I never wore shorts because I thought I was too fat. I bought most of my clothes from old Navy and the new clothes, coupled with the wigs and all the new makeup I bought, has made me feel like a person again. Between all the weight I gained and my hair loss, I felt less than a person. Now I go out wearing my clothes and wigs, I started doing my nails again, using a pocketbook, and I feel like a new woman. I think the wigs made the biggest impact. Thank you again for your channel! I watch it faithfully. And yes, I do have to admit you helped me get myself together again and my attitude and life has changed so much. I’m out and about instead of hiding in my hotel room all the time. (I live in a hotel as my house is being rebuilt). Can you also do some videos with makeup tutorials, because you put on your makeup so beautifully! ❤❤❤❤❤❤

This style looks great on you!! Over 10 years ago, I wore Camera Ready by Raquel Welch, which I loved. But, it was discontinued before I could stock up. I still have my original Camera Ready and it looks good but I've been looking for something similar that's much less expensive. After checking the measurements of Natalia and the wave pattern, it comes close to Camera Ready. Based on your review, I think this will work. Having all the hair becomes an addiction! lol 😂 anyhow, Natalia is a basic cap with with permatease on top and Brandy is a mono part wig (center part) and there is not much permatease. The mono part looks like your natural part line whereas in a basic cap wig you don’t have that. 💛😊👍

Really really beautiful! Looks amazing on you and it is just a beautiful wig. You mentioned the Emmaline wig. But I must say I got an Emmaline and it had almost 0 permatease. And you can easily see the westing on the top. I should’ve sent it back. That’s something that I find very frustrating is how inconsistent Paula young wigs are.

I know PY takes QC seriously and they visit the factories overseas pre-Covid multiple times/yr and now at least once or twice/yr. Unfortunately, as with all brands, some do get thru. The best thing is to take pics of the prob and email CS so they can address the problem first hand. I have to tell you that I’ve purchased over 100 wigs from PY and I only had 1 where the lace was torn, I sent pics and they replaced it immediately. 💕😊

Hi Beth. I ordered Natalia and I really like it. The style is wonderful and the fibers are soft. The color is great also. There’s only one problem and that is it’s really thin in the back and the wefts show through. I put it on, but I didn’t comb it or mess it, you know, just in case. But it doesn’t look thick like the one you’re wearing at all. So I’m really on the fence if I should return it or not. Before you combed it and played with it did it seem to be thin and could you see the cap in the back?

Hmmm If you are questioning if it's a design flaw, then I think you should contact customer service. Sometimes, though, when we hold a wig up to the light you can see wefts but then when it's on our head you cannot. That being said, I think you should use your own best judgement because you have the wig in your posession so you know better than anyone. Good luck dear and I hope it is resolved for you soon. 💛😊💛

I used to wear wigs like this when I was in my 20’s and reminds me of an incident while my husband was driving and I next to him, well we were rear ended and my wig flew in the back seat. I only had it secured by the Velcro at the bottom of wig. I just turned 80. And this incident happen when I was 24 yrs old…….

I just got a Natalia, but it's actually curly, not just wavy. Its also very bottom-heavy, quite thick toward the bottom, would need to thin it there for sure. And of course it's super flat on top. I'm soooooooo sick of wigs with zero volume on top. This one on you looks perfect though! I wish mine came like this. 😢 And they've ruined the Gayle. I wore it for years. Then all of a sudden you could see the wigcap. I called them for literally 1.5 years begging them to fix it. I would irder and return it, over and over, but they never did fix the quality control issue with it. Coukd see the cap, right in front, on every single one. I’m truly sorry that you’re not happy with your wig and that the style is not what you expected it to be! 😩 If you truly think it’s a defect, I would contact the customer service department and return the wig or exchange for a style that you know you will love. If you’re going to keep it though, I would spritz it well with water and really dig in at the Permatease then take a comb and lift those fibers up and over the permatease on top give it a spritz with dry shampoo and kind of work that in give it a good shake and hang it upside down in your bathroom, hanging upside down should help to loosen the fibers and help to relax the curls as the weight is kind of pulling down on the curls as it’s hanging. It’s still too curly. You could also try some light steam on the end, but very light otherwise you could steam it straight. I’m wishing you all the best dear. Thank you! 🩷🩷🩷

Well, once again I had to zip off to the PY website and ordered this wig. She's gorgeous❣️ ps I second your request to have all styles made in this color. I'm deeply disappointed in their browner range, which is almost nonexistent except for Pecan.

Hi, I really enjoy your videos and your lovely personality. Do you have any idea why Paula Young has so few color choices for auburn hair? None of the wigs I like come in dark auburn, only the light or medium and I don't like either one. Obviously, I don't expect that there's anything that you can do about it, I just get so frustrated when I see a PY wig that I really want to buy and there's not even ONE color that I like. Well, there are colors I think look nice, but not for me! I guess I needed to vent because I keep watching this Natalia and wishing I could get it. I'll continue watching your reviews, however!

However, may I suggest sending an email to the Customer Service Department (you can do so through their website), and include photos and/or color codes of Auburns that you like, maybe from other brands. They are a customer driven company and they do listen to your input. It is helpful to have it in writing to them. I do really love the Auburn Sugar Rooted color in the Jaclyn Smith Collection, it's gorgeous, in my opinion! 🧡🧡🧡
