Hey, how'd that shot of the island off of La'ie Pt. make it into the west side montage? Jus kid'n, a'ole pilikia, everybody's welcome. I remember when the west side was really country. Surfed Makaha one day when it was breaking clean 5 to 6 feet. Paddled out and only one other surfer was there for 5 minutes. He went in and I surfed by myself for about three hours when I went in. The waves and the beach were still empty. Ah for da ole days.
