A Mother can't handle being away from her daughter for 3 months, and treated like a "criminal", so she abandons her for the rest of her daughter's life. Sorry, but she needed to be strong for her daughter and son, love them and stay with them. It was weak and selfish.

Reports of abuse and investigations of abuse are one thing...driving someone to suicide is a whole other thing. Remember the Hippocratic Oath? Do no harm? They are responsible and will lose this suit...because they directly cost a young woman her life AND destroyed a family.

And that young woman was not just any woman.... she was a RN which means she damn sure knew what the heck her child was going thru and she had some good idea what her child needed and she tries to provide that help to her child thru the hospital's doctors and their stuff.... yet these scums accused the mother of child abuse. Sue their as.. s!!! And hope. The family wins and it will send the warning signs to other incompetent idiots who harm the children!

That lady saying that if theyre held liable they won't call, she's part of the problem. How about, if you're held liable you will do extra due diligence before calling? Maybe they'll do their job better if they're held liable.

If RSD TYPE 1/CRPS TYPE 1 is even suspected then treatment SHOULD & without delay be treated as a medical emergency & be actioned immediately, lack of medical no how & care (ignorance, education & indifference) in the the first instance only allows this disease to evolve out of control..justice for Maya & her family

How come you take your own life knowing your daughter is in terrible pain in hospital ? Will make your daughter’s pain go away?! I don’t get that mother’s choice! For sure that will not have been my choice but I will keep fighting for justice in that case…. The hospital did wrong but taking your own life knowing your baby is struggling in hospital… I don’t get

Either the girl made it all up, having a mental health issue. Or, the mother was emotionally or physically making her sick. Because Ketamine isn't going to cause a complete 180 in all those symptoms the girl showed\claimed.
