Take Control Back: Bowel and Bladder Peer Support Video

This video provides real experiences and guidance on learning to manage bowel and bladder after Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) from those who are living with SCI.
Highlighting the need to ‘Take Control Back’ as soon as possible and encouraging individuals to work towards independence, this video emphasizes how managing bowel and bladder can improve quality of life after SCI.
