@camdencolipano He probably does, but I don't have it. I think if you email info@lifetoday.org and ask them to forward your email to his assistant, they probably will. I'd have to confirm that during the week to guarantee it. I don't have his assistant's email address on hand, nor do I know that we have permission to post it publicly, so I'd recommend their website or a forward request.

Intermittent fasting is hard to do, if not dangerous, for hypoglycemics and diabetics.

It can actually cure both. You may have to watch your glucose. But, if leads to healing of metabolic issues
