I was a lukewarm Christian half my life, and I was arrogant enough to think i could freely live a life of sin and still go to Heaven. I was also arrogant enough to think I had time later to repent because deep down inside, I knew I wasn't right with the Lord, and I was especially arrogant enough to think I might go to h£|| and so be be it. I'm not ready to give up sin. By the grace of God, He called me by my name and showed just how evil the world is and that i need to pick a side. Him or the world. I fully chose Jesus, and He changed my life. He can change yours, too. We must humble ourselves and admit we need our Saviour Jesus. Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. ✝️✝️✝️

I prayed Jesus help me when driving a tiny car and my brakes failed. I was hit by a large Chevy truck and just missed by a cement truck.. was out of the hospital the next day to celebrate Thanksgiving with my family. God is so so so good. Thank you JD for your testimony. “Jesus Help us” my wife and I also used those three words, when our car lost full control on a very wet day in Tasmania AUS about 27 years ago. Our car was facing a cliff and Jesus and His angels came to our rescue and within seconds the car physically landed just on the edge of a huge cliff in the middle of nowhere and we were safe and alive and no damage to our rented car. None of them will fix America. Even if Trump is elected, he cannot, and will not, restore the country. Only Jesus will bring complete restoration at the end of the Tribulation. The prophecies tell us that there will be great chaos when the Antichrist comes to power. Even a former "superpower" nation will be in total chaos. It's a shame that most pastors won't preach prophecies, so people are in the dark. They don't know what's coming. If they want to know, they can start with Daniel chapter 7 and the book of Revelation.

Every day we use judgment to assess people around us for safety and other pertinent reasons. God’s word is our basic guide to understanding who has good intentions and who does not. If you claim that you do not judge others in some form, you then are being dishonest with yourself and others. Also,there is a standard in which ALL are judged, based on that standard we are instructed to judge accordingly. Most of all ourselves. I believe the only people who claim that we shouldn’t judge others are compromised in their understanding of good moral behavior as well as they must walk through life with blinders over their eyes. Many, even when presented with absolute facts refuse to even look or listen because they don’t want to know the truth. They’re afraid to accept the reality that their world is not as they view it as.

I was raised by parents who were full of faith. All through my childhood I didn't even know a person could actually be an atheist. But then I somehow became one. Vance is right when he says it's arrogance. For twenty years I was an atheist. In 2020 I sat on a balcony watching the sun go down, and I wasn't praying--I was an atheist--but something began to happen in me, something melted within me, and God broke my atheism. He has done more for me now in these four years than I ever could have imagined. He transformed my mind, and continues to do so. I don't know many atheists who have come out of it to find God, but I was moved by seeing that Vance is one who has found God after atheism. God bless him, and God bless our country.

In saying there is no God, the atheist becomes a god to himself (and not a very good one), and whether he knows it or not he tries to do the things that God does (judging what is right and what is wrong, defining his purpose, etc.) (If that seems strange, just remember that Hitler thought he was doing good.) Man has always wanted to become god. I would not have seen it as arrogance when I was an atheist, but it becomes much clearer when you come to Christ after having been an atheist. It's just spiritual blindness, denial, and the attempt to escape accountability rather than receive the free gift of salvation. For some stupid reason, many think they have to give up freedom when they come to Christ; but on the contrary, it is by coming to Christ that we obtain true freedom.
