I agree with this. Question, what if you live in a society where your ability to live is limited by a dictatorship? I think personal accountability degrades in its utility/meaning as conditions of a state get worse. So will power alone is not enough for success.

The day I see my government grow more corrupt and assign the consequence as my responsibility is the day I die. You simply cannot live life accepting that you are the only one to blame for your situation, because that is never true. We live in a society and to deny that we are intertwined is to deny that fish rely on water. All that’s needed is an objective look at your situation. Blaming things is natural and we shouldn’t stop.

What do we get out of blaming thou? Isn't blaming the same as complaining?? And what good does it get you when you're blaming and complaing on about people and circumstances?? Isn't the best we can do is accept what we have or try our bests to CHANGE what we have and how we have it? ?

Viktor Frankl writing a profound book about finding the meaning of life, in a concentration camp; Epictetus becoming a top stoic philosopher, as a slave "It's not what happens. It's what you do, that changes everything" From a causal perspective, you can blame others to be at fault, but your experience and quality of life is ultimately *your* responsibility

It's HOW one responds to what happens. And, that's a choice. But, one MUST be better equipped to respond. Responses are skills and strategies and techniques, ETC. Skills are learned and developed. CUZ, we're NOT born knowing THIS stuff. Also, it's avoiding modal confusion (Being over Having Mode); AND, in learning to avoid Self Deception, AKA: bullshit. Doing continually better with Self Correction. Lest we end up in a Self Terminating feedback loop.
