Personally After My Best Friend and My Accountability Partner Back In August Started Messaging me Guidelines Of What To Eat and Drink. And I have been and I still am on A High Protein Low Carb Diet. I use a note pad to log all I eat and the net carbs connected to it. I rotate Three different types of meats and rotate my vegetables. And went from drinking lemon infused water to cucumber infused water and It's Been So Much better for me. And my Best friend Gave messaged the picture of a pitcher to start using plastic or glass put fresh cucumber in it. Pour into your bottle. My bottle is a 33.8oz old " LIFE Water Bottle. I average 2 bottles a day and on a really good day 3. Also As Chrystal has Said In the Past" Give Yourself Grace "🗣️🎤🙏🔥🔥🔥🔥🙏💪🤗👑♥️🔥🔥🔥🔥❗❗❗❗

Yessssss!! I've learned to slow down. I'm doing self inventory in my life. I'm taking moments to listen to Jesus voice. Jesus given me back what I had lost. I'm letting go of what, or whom I need to let go. I'm talking to him daily and I know his listening. And when he tells me to be Still. And yes I'm in his word daily. My life is a journey!! 7:40 I was a part of Celebrate Recovery at my church. They followed some similar AA stuff. I was there for miscarriages and past hurts personally but I have to say that inventory can be hard to do but really worth while! I love your inventory also. I look forward to doing it
