I don't like to pick favorites, but this might just be my absolute favorite place we've ever traveled in our van Ody, and making this travel journal really cemented the magical memories we made on the wonderful island of Elafonisos. Whether you're just a beginner hoping to start an art journal or travel journal, or into mixed media or bullet journaling or cooking or photography or yoga, I hope sharing my own progress with travel journaling can in some way help you on your own beautiful creative journey. It's never too late to start drawing, to pick up a pen and write that book you've been dreaming up in the back of your mind, to live creatively, if only for 30 minutes on a calm Sunday afternoon. I always found it strange that Americans say "the ocean" instead of "the sea", which is what we always say here in Greece. I finally figured out that this is because we live in the Mediterranean *sea*, and in America there is no sea, only oceans!

Why don’t u go out to dinner at least once? I lived in Greece for 5 years and having a coffee at a cafe or dinner at a taverna, watching and listening to Greeks talk and interact was so interesting and it gave me a small glimpse into their culture and language. Of course nothing expensive to save money. Greece is a beautiful place with so much history and lovely scenery.

i actually teared a bit, i'm Greek but i don't live in Greece right now, and every time i go back it's for a specific time, but the saddest thing is that i'm always stressed out about stuff, and i can not enjoy the feeling of being in a peaceful beach...:( i hope at some point in the future, i will be able to go to Greece every summer, and enjoy sitting at the beach like you did..with no stress distructing me...

The Simple life = The beautiful life!! ☔️☔️☔️💜👙 (no beach umbrella emoji 😎) Wonderful way to spend time in a beautiful location. If you two ever have children, these incredible home made travel journals you are making, will be better then any children's adventure books for them to read. Have you guys ever thought about seeing if a telescope manufacturing company would give you a telescope in exchange for advertising space on your site/You tube channel?? Great journal video! Some of these videos, like this one, would be awesome to include in your travel journal! The technology is there, as they have little recordings you can make on greeting cards. So they will soon create a small projector chip to do this. It will be another 5-10 years and then you can move them over. Buy the chips in packs of 50 and tape the envelope of them on the inside cover of the journal pages. They are now doing holograms but I don’t know how that technology works so won’t speculate on how long it will take to make them affordable enough and stable enough to put onto a page. Anyway, non of this is anything but my hunches and speculation. What kind of pencils are you using? Water color? Soft graphite or pastel? Regular colored pencils like people have used for quite some time? Me and my questions. But have a few tips on removing the lines and blending the water or the two bays coming together. 😁
