Born and raised in West Virginia! Thank you! Heard that after I left WV for a good job that John Denver came to West Virgina University for a football half time. Just the one song. He thought he would be there for 5- 10 minutes and then fly back out in the helicopter. But after he finished, the crowd gave him a 20 minute standing ovation! Country Roads is our unofficial state song. "Thank God I'm a country girl" in Texas now.

Okay... so.... weird confession....just scrolling through KZbin videos as you do on a quarantine. And I see this, and I’m like...hmm...yes see if it’s actually good. And it is...and then I see the rectangles where you are dancing. And you remind me of someone that I love very very much, someone that I can’t be with anymore...and I just started crying my eyes out because, this is so sweet and so fun.
