I am in the process of picking up and moving to West Virginia, and setting up a country home, with my own "country mama" (Lord willing), and growing all my own food, and living a more healthy life style. For the record, Shenandoah is a native American word that means "daughter of the stars". You two certainly live up to the name. Great rendition of a great Bill Danoff classic. You also might want to check out his song "Potter's Wheel". It is very timely peice of music given what is happening next door to you in Ukraina. There are videos of both Bill and John Denver singing it.

Worth noting that this song, beautifully rendered by Shut Up & Kiss Me, was originally written by Bill and Taffy Danoff. They were planning to sell the song to Johnny Cash, but when Denver heard it, he convinced them to let him have it, and collaborated with them to finish the song (Denver added verses, etc).

That was beautiful!!!! Growing up and living in Virginia (USA) I have been to the Blueridge Mountains many times, and also the Shenandoah valley. It is a peaceful friendly place, full of American tradition. But compared to the great mountains all over the world it is nothing spectacular. I think what makes this song so endearing (good) is the love of home. Of course when beautiful young ladies with beautiful voices sing it, it is even better.
