That Guy is Pastor Carter Conlon. One of the most anointed, loving and humble servants of God. He often gives way when the HS moves in worship. He interrupts any schedule activity when worship or a move of God breaks out. But he still has to manage time for the multiple services that they have on Sunday.

Pastor Carter Conlon is annointed by God. Nothing wrong looking at the watch as they have 3 services on sundays! Jesus Christ is a God of peace and order. So I don't see anything unbiblical about keeping time.
