Kutless touches a lot of todays youth and their sound is what alot of young folks like and want but Petra recorded the original and folks, there has never been a better Christian band than Petra. All their musicians were mastes of their craft and played to the glory of our Lord. Thank God in His wisdom that He provided a band like Petra to bless me as a young Christian and now provides a band like Kutlass to bless folks my daughter and grand daughters age. God is wisdom and God is love.

And I became a Christian shortly after that , and I loved the old time gospel songs but I just loved that type of music . And I started listening to them and just loved there music . We can not save ourselves by our works to earn eternal life and be Justified before a holy God. Its by Grace its a Gift according to the scriptures we are Justified. Romans 3:24 King James Version 24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: we deserve hell but thank God he made a way and its Good news he is doing the saving not us faith is not a work praise the Lord It is a one moment in time to trust In Christ alone believe he died for our sins shedding he's blood as the substitute for us on the cross and was buried showing he was dead and Resurrection showing the payment is complete to the world on the third day. Alone put your faith in Him. in God as saviour a living saviour Be Justified by the Blood of Christ hes death for our sins. God gave us grace something we don't deserve he took the death we deserve. And we get the righteousness of God by faith onto our account and all Sins removed a complete transaction saved from eternal death and receive Christ eternal life all by the Grace of God And then we can know we are going to heaven praise The Lord And we can never lose eternal Life once we have Trusted in Christ alone and believe in what he did for us on the cross. And we can know right now in time we have eternal life and no sin or bad work.Can ever change that. First heard this song 30 years ago sung by a small church''s praise band when I was a new Christian. Can't find a video with as beautiful of a version as those young adult amateur singers sang in San Francisco. I remember when Petra was popular but never heard of Kutless who wrote this song. It's such an inspiring song that I am surprised that there are only 3 versions on KZbin - I am use to it having a different beat of a harmonizing praise group with female lead singers, not individual solos.
