As if seeing Max being the only “challenger” is any more interesting. As if Max doesn’t want to win, or wouldn’t kill to be Lewis. I keep my eyes squarely focused on the midfield. The rest is just BS. Hamilton and others used to be the hero when Vettel was the guy winning race after race (Vettel holds the record for highest proportion of race wins in a season). Now we put Max on a pedestal, and when Hamilton goes he’ll be the guy no one can keep up with (see: Albon, Kvyat, Gasly).
