The plaintiff says the defendant picked up her neighbor’s daughter and slammed her into the hood of the plaintiff’s car, denting it. The defendant won’t pay, so she’s suing her for the repair costs. The defendant says she was playing with a neighborhood kid when the damage happened, and they offered to cover some of the costs, but the plaintiff upped the amount.
