Thanks for being so fearless, face culture. Sometimes your interviews are quite painful, but at the same time very valuable. After watching this interview several times it changed from hard to watch to very interesting and I'm still not sure what to think about it, because it's quite brutal. It's visual that Barlow is quite tormented at times, being confronted with some of those topics and after watching other, later interviews, where he talks about the time of the breakup and the horrible bashing in the media it's very understandable. I was shocked to hear about the personal consequences for him - almost seems like a trauma to me. So I don't know what to think about you digging in those (at that time) obviously open wounds... But what's so valuable about this is that it's like a family's story, like Owen stated, and therefore relatable for many I'd guess. Also: who knows - maybe it was good for Barlow to talk about it. Maybe one step of many to get to the recovered and reflected man he seems to be today.
