Well.. I think their earlier music was not really boyband either.. Just the format. There were along the time some groups that were, 3,4,5 guys, but I never thought about them as "boy band"
@Riviere8281 Жыл бұрын
@@alifc1082 I agree!! They made their music since day one, initially, was only Gary who did everything: music and lyrics and then since their first album after their comeback on the 2000s, everyone is writing the lyrics and melodies.

I can't understand...vocalless singers who constantly use autotune, with banal lyrics and music, get millions of views in a few days, and this historic group, with a beautiful song and beautiful voices, only gets a few thousand in a month? It's true that current musical tastes focus less and less on quality.

They aged like a fine wine. And voices are better than ever. Im happy even if it’s just the 3 of them left. It’s the real Take That. I’m 34 and just recently bumped into them. Been listening to them everyday, watch their life stories and concerts! I’ve never been a fan of any band or solo artist this much. They’re non like any others. I’m hooked since i knew them. I can’t stop and I love the new album too. I never wished or had any interest on seeing any concerts but if i had a chance i wish it would be theirs.

I've been through a year of madness Replaced my hope with sadness Found waking up the hardest And every day, it felt the longest All blessings were unwanted Constantly haunted Then you opened up, opened up my windows Yeah, you opened up, opened up my windows Like fire in the sky, you know what it's like Was so glad to feel the sunlight in my eyes I've been through a year of hurting (badly) Bad guesses and wrong turnings (sadly) The memory's still burning (inside) And the lights are all at red Should I leave or stay in bed? Didn't practice what I preached so I just shouted, help me, help me Then you opened up, opened up my windows Yeah, you opened up, opened up my windows Like fire in the sky, you know what it's like Was so glad to feel the sunlight in my eyes Ready now to start this climb See the beacon way up high If I fall or lose my way, please come and get me, get me Ooh Ah You opened up, opened up my windows Yeah, you opened up, opened up my windows Then you opened up, opened up my windows Yeah, you opened up, opened up my windows Like fire in the sky, you know what it's like Was so glad to feel the sunlight in my eyes You opened up, opened up my windows Yeah, you opened up, opened up my windows

this is an extraordinary, extraordinary song. What a moment. Something about the way they've all been there, seen it and done it, and have transcended their boy band days to this point. I'm definitely not a music snob. I can appreciate a good pop song as well as anybody else, while knowing what I like (The Smiths, The Cure, etc, etc). But this really is proper music, and when Gary Barlow and the others sing this, I completely believe them. I think Barlow deserves everything which should come his way in terms of his legacy as a singer songwriter and performer. A national treasure.

I believe Jason will listen to your album & feel your warmth in the sadness he will come bk to you all take your kids to his home it maybe the chaso of children he needs x look forward to seeing you at the Bristol gig. This is one of their most beautiful songs and amazing version. It is almost very hard to sing all these vocals not just GB Lead and are synonymous to the amazing understanding and relationship they all have to one another which can only come from years of experience and trust between them, to which I feel is only matched by the BeeGees. The album is amazing and after almost losing my life just over a year ago, this song and many of the tracks sit nicely in my life - perfect to go on a trip abroad and drive to the med and listen to, which I promised if I got through. My Wife saved me from the jaws of death.... Thanks guys for a song that I could play to my Wife for opening up mine (If you don't mind me using it for that!!) - for TAKE THAT we can always rely on ! PS Guys - why aren't you touring in South France sometime? 🤞😎
