You are a new creation. I just finished a special fast that really helped me get back on track, and this is exactly what the Lord was dealing with me on! I literally quoted this to my son about strongholds and the Lord led me back to Romans 8. Years ago, I memorized the whole chapter when I had an illness that greatly affected my memory and made it impossible to memorize but I asked God to do this special thing for me, and I did it!!! He has since healed me of that illness 🙌👏 I just started a list of the deep rooted lies I believe about all the trauma I've been through that never ends, and then I wrote truth to counter it. God is faithful!!! 🙌🙌❤️😭🙏
