I remember a metal trunk being sent by rail while we travelled as a youngster. I can just remember the steam engines and my Father holding me up to the window to see the smoke coming from the engine as the carriages went on a bend on the track.

If you’re going to Northern Ireland, Kilkeel nice fishing town. Good fishing from harbour. Nice campsite at Tollymore forest, Newcastle.nice walks from campsite. Enjoy the rest of your travels & stay safe.

You should try Co Fermanagh on your way back to Northern Ireland you will enjoy the lakes fishing, Walks views and there is lots of wild parking and sites you can use.

We have a left hand drive motorhome and live in Ireland it's terrifying going through the r and l roads the trucks come so fast against you. I duck down in my seat. We have found that if you go very early in the morning to try and avoid the traffic it's the best. If you go inland it's not so bad. But I nearly stroke out at tmes😂😂😂😂
