Taken out by yourself. The lane was clear when the mustang exited. You closed distance faster than the ability of a vehicle to observe from the lane change you made. You drove faster than your ability to react from a vehicle crossing properly. That being said, I hope you heal quickly and 100%. I wish you the best. And I hope others learn from this video.

There is no way they could have saw you in time. The cars in between you and them, plus your excessive speed, equals disaster. You can't be riding that much faster than traffic dude. I have an mt09, and I don't ride like that in traffic. Especially on surface roads with lots of cross traffic. It's highly volatile , and way too unpredictable.

Man counter steer and turn with your hips. I swear on my life you could have avoided that. Practice with cones just doing swerves. It's honestly even easier to do at speed. If you are already commited to riding dangerously then embrace the aggression. Once you are going like that you won't just be able to stop, plan to maneuver and do things that seem even crazier. I know it's not what we are taught but if you are going to ride crazy you have to commit to crazy and it will actually save you faster than trying to ride normal in a bad situation.

There is no way that he could have avoided that, at that speed. The ONLY way he could have avoided that, while riding that bike, is to be riding at REASONABLE speeds. The technique to which you are referring, is called "power steering." It's covered in "A Twist of the Wrist II," and you are giving horrible advice on how to execute that maneuver. That technique, is designed to help you "quick flick" the bike even faster than normal. Whole thing dude... All angles. They saw more than you even saw. There's some things you guys don't understand and I didin't feel like explaining it. I use ND filters and slow the shutter speed way down. It looks like I'm going fast because that is how the camera is set. Try it. Order ND filters... Set your frame rate to 30fps and set the shutter to 1 1/60th of a second. Watch how much that transforms your video. It makes it look like you are hauling ass even if you aren't. IF you leave the camera on auto, it looks like you are going slow when you are going fast. Plus a wide angle lens makes things look further away than they are... If you don't have a gopro, you could never understand.

I live right down the street from where this happened and I travel through there all the time. Gonna watch a little more carefully there in particular now. Had a giant pickup truck almost take me out just recently right by there, at K ave and spring creek. Barely squeezed through. You’re lucky you had a guy to call to come help you out with the ‘aspirins’ too 😂 I still have pains from my wrecks that leave me begging for relief, but doctors don’t care because I’m young.
