This flight was going to Montreal. Usually these flights are done on the A220s. I think the 2nd economy cabin was almost empty and also probably very little checked luggage for this city pair. And I'm assuming there is not a lot of air freight in the belly either.

@@daktarioskarvannederhosen2568 Air Canada has one A330-300 flight on this city pair everyday. Occasionally they have a second wide-body, I think that is for repositioning or maintenance related. For example this plane: www.flightradar24.com/data/aircraft/c-fram On June 28 it did the Toronto - Montreal route, and then 5 hours later flew from Montreal to Paris.
