I got the 3570k but I decided to go the Nvidia route and picked up a GTX 660 on discount from Best Buy, and I'm glad I did! The card rocks, and any game I own, it just sits back and laughs at it. The 660 is incredible and well worth $190!!

I actually got my 660 for $189 on clearance. Trust me, FSX was written for Nvidia cards. Without OC'ing my card, I'm getting an average of 50 FPS at major airports with several add-ons installed. ;) And my i5-3570k is at stock speeds.

dude nice video im getting a pc with the same specs but insted of 3.2GHz its 4.0 and insted of 8gb ram its 12 and judging by this video, i made the right choice. nice graphics. :)

Yes, and maybe video compression caused the stutters.

Pretty low FPS for a 7950. Would a 7870 with an i5 3570k be better? I'm shopping for video cards right now and want to get a 660, but people keep telling be a 7870 is better for the money.

Can somebody tell me, why fsx in PC isn‘t running? I've the same konfiguration (my CPU is a little better(fx-8359)) and fsx has only 20 fps??? Without and payware installed... Can i optimize the fsx.cfg ? Or what i'm doing wrong...
