People in Indy need to severely just exercise once in a while. Even though I live in Anderson, I can definitely tell the state of Indiana in general needs to change it's overall health well-being.

A huge part of the problem is the foods people eat. Exercise is very important but it's the types of carbs everyone relies on. sugar, high fructose corn syrup, refined grain products. And of course the toxic oils....
