A terrific story. He is such a humble man. We are so proud to be able to display his uniform and his son's uniform at the Nisei Veterans Committee Memorial Hall in Seattle. As a docent, this program has given me even more info about Captain Yoshihara to relay to the visitors..

Great story! His son Capt. David Yoshihara was my commanding officer on the USS Ticonderoga CG-47. Good man.
