I attended a Takida concert at a bar in Oslo around 10 years ago. It was a really informal setting: the place was not packed, people (myself included) were just leaning against the counter/walls or ordering drinks, some were talking all the way through the presentation, while the band stood in one of the corners on a surprisingly small platform (basically at the same height as everybody else in the premises) and played their hearts out. I already knew their music to begin with (that's why I had bought the ticket), but I was nonetheless impressed by their commitment despite the seemingly nonchalant audience and by the quality of the whole rendition. That made me more into a fan. It is upsetting that they are still very underrated, even in Scandinavia.

A woman like this? Aren't most women like this? She made dinner and is waiting. He doesn't show so she goes to bed a alone. To set the table and light a candle is a minimum in a relationship :-) If you haven't got that in your relationships you've been very unlucky. I mean, seriously, if your partner doesn't care enough to make you dinner, or sits down with you at night and talks to you, leans into you, hugs you, looks into your eyes and asks about your day, I'd say your partners have been very odd and not normal. Isn't this what a relationship is all about? To care about them? Do things together, talk, ask, care about one another. Have your partner's best interest in mind? This goes both ways, though. If you don't give your love, affection, care and time, you can never expect to get it, either. It's a two street road, isn't that what they're saying. I hope you find a woman like this :-)
