I feel you should look at your safety aspects, as watching you, I feel someone will have a serious accident........Unless you know what you are doing don't show your bad habits to others...... One more thing, was the tool set at the correct centre height......Watching this I felt it was more rubbing than cutting......!!! Yes I served an apprenticeship in engineering......

You should watch other people on KZbin operating a small lathe. And setting the form tool correctly. What you are doing is dangerous.
