Rose, Christians do get attacked but it happens because we open doors that we shouldn't like zodiac signs, God is the only one that knows our future, Buddhist graveyards, yoga/meditation, etc...we are supposed to be more mindful. Omgosh girl, its so challenging and rewarding to be able to nurse your son! I know. I also know that the most emotionally / hormonally challenging events for me were weaning. For me personally i suffered with post partum depression with my first post pregnancy and when i expressed that concern to my Dr. He presented a low dose of Prozac for me one month before birth. What a lifechanger! I finally felt like myself, more balanced and better prepared to handle my challenges. It was the perfect solution for me. I then realized that long term it was needed as well.

Wiw that cabbage trick. Amazing. Love hearing about natural remedies. It always surprises me now to see on the internet people trainning in the gym with weights barefoot. But l notice the ones l do see are in hot climate places. In gyms in cities they dont allow it in fear someone will drop a weight on their foot. Though it feels nice and free l was a little fearful when l saw Brett and the medicone ball hitting the ground. But he had perfect control. In most gyms l just don't see it. It just takes one slip up. Love you guys.❤ Always nice Rose to see different workout exercises you incorperit. Can you do some Pelvic floor workouts?

Fasting is a good way to go, but you should work your way up when it comes to fast. Like fast for 1 hour for 1 day then the next day, 2 hours, then the next day 3 hour then the next day 4 hour then the next day 5 hour so that it gets easier over time. This is just a suggestion

🤣😭 that's so funny that's normal to eat in your first few time of trying to fast I'm proud of you for even trying. And one of the reasons why you failed is because you said you were cooking breakfast and dinner the first few times you fast try to stay away from food until you can handle being around food so a person first time fasting will be extremely hard if you're cooking so try not to cook the next time you try and when you're fasting the times that is gets hard those are the times you go harder and you're prayers and worshipping.what i have noticed each time i fast a spritual gift get unlocked in me. When a person fast the devil does come harder to distract you from you getting closer to heavenly Father so you just have to pray pray pray and worship and tell heavenly Father Lord Jesus how much much you love him.
