There is a right place and a wrong place to do and say things. This was a complete disgrace, regardless of what may had occurred prior in her son's life, when he was alive. Has the mother ever thought that she is part of the reason why her son is laying in a casket, instead of putting the blame on someone else? It really doesn't matter now because he's gone, and all of that chaos, and profane disruptions of the service is not going to bring him back. Instead of grieving the loss of her loved one, she's there raising hell, disrespecting her own son's funeral and making herself look bad. If that service was held inside of a church, not only she was disrespecting herself, but she was also disrespecting the house of God. Her concerns should have been whether if her son was saved and made it to heaven, instead of her raising hell at his funeral.
@sandrajackson51634 ай бұрын
@@slimdude2011the way she is acting at this funeral, shows what type of life she has lead and what is in her heart. It's obvious she's not caring about the resting place of her son's soul nor her's. This is an example of a day in the life of an infadele.
@cindy98813 ай бұрын
@@slimdude2011how she acts at his funeral doesn’t determine whether he gets into heaven that’s only between him and god. Was it a lot? Sure, but she spoke her truth and to say “instead of mourning” like what she’s doing up there isn’t a form of mourning is ridiculous. I’m sure you haven’t lost a child, nor have experienced the pain of losing someone so close they are literally apart/an extension of you- that you will never understand that human emotion is only capable of so much political correctness. This is what makes us human and sometimes it’s ugly and confrontational. There is a road of healing ahead and she will deal with it mostly alone. I can only imagine being in her shoes and I kinda do because I recently lost my father. I was way too numb to have this kind of reaction, but I understood everything. Especially after living the kind of life she had to live to make sure they both ate everyday. R.I.P to that young man.

As a funeral Director, you just would be absolutely amazed at all of the funerals that turn into this! Families are under one roof jammed together for the first time in years! Issues come out and just like what you saw happen here open wounds, fester! i’ve had it so bad that I have had to drape myself over the closed casket to keep people from mistreating the deceased! I’ve had to call the police to separate families. I have had to call the police because one family will accuse the other family of contributing to the death of the deceased but the more liquor that is consumed in the parking lot the more help that’s going to be broken loose in the sanctuary oh, at the cemetery? People grabbing flowers and throwing them around at each other! Take a $500 massive floral arrangement and go up beside somebody’s head with it! You’ve never seen so many flower petals! It’s our job not to get involved with the family first of all, we do what the person who pays the bills says! I don’t care how close you are by relation or friendship to the deceased, if you didn’t pay, you will not get your way! There is such a thing called psychogenic shock. It’s when something suddenly happens to you and your body cannot handle it most people faint. three people died! They were all mothers, and when they came to the funeral home for the first viewing when they walked up to the open casket, and saw their child, regardless of how old they were from a toddler to a 60 year-old, when mothers see their children in caskets, wearing a tuxedo or a gown, they fall out.

Yeah you knew sis!!!!! You knew!!!! And like this mom said… when she had her son at 16 no one brought her gifts. Many women during pregnancy are accustomed to being showered with gifts… it’s a happy occasion for many. They join together and celebrate at what’s known a “baby shower”. But there are some who never experience this moment! This mother was in an invisible Time Machine as she stood beside her sons casket. She was able to experience and communicate all of these past traumas. It may seemed disrespectful but God knows her heart. I celebrate her for giving her son flowers and honoring him as she saw fit. I read all the comments to this post talking about don't judge the mother, but not one comment about the father. Where is he, did he support this son??? Until we have godly black fathers in the black community this is what you will see, a yound man prematurely in a coffin, a young mother cussing folk out in the church. Strong godly black fathers with backbone and integrity is the only thing that turn our black community around. Not black civil rights leaders, not black churches, not the Black causus on Capital Hill, only strong black men that Love God, love their wives and love their children. You all are looking a the aftermath, but no one wants to deal with the problem. When the men failed to be men and the women accepted anything other a true man of God to lead her and the family, black family began to suffer and now the inner city black youth are now suffering. You may ask, How do we turn it around around? The women must refuse to allow a man into her life that is less than a godly, honest, dependable, and honorable man. One raise in a godly home with a father that loved and respected his wife who was a godly example for his children. If this happens there will be a paradigm shift in the black community! You may ask if I can't find a man like this? The answer: Keep your legs closed and lock your door when they leave! Debate me if you want, but this is the truth!

I'm so sorry for her loss. She is in mourning and on top of that is very angry because she had no help from her alleged family and friends when he was alive and struggling. She's particularly outraged at her son's father and his mother. For always having an opinion on how she should raise and support her son, she had at 16 years old when she got pregnant. And furious for not helping them out financially all those years. She mentioned the things she had to do to make ends meet. IE: Selling drugs and her body. And for them to then have the unmitigated gall to show up at his home going. Im so glad she got all of that pain off her chest and mind.

I say don't make a decision based on a one-sided story. I've heard this story a million times. I'm not saying in this case it's not true. However, in this case, at this time, this should be about him. Celebrate him, talk about how great he was, how much he'll be missed, and what great things he did. Instead, all everyone is going to take from this Homegoing is this enormous scene that mom made and the wonderful prayer the pastor HAD to do in order to drown her out and/or calm her down...RIP King...prayers that whatever that was on her heart can be healed, it's just not healthy.

Wish I had that in me, to tell them all where they could go with their fake grief and tears.
