Thanks. We really had no plans to upgrade. We really liked our previous RV. But due to unfortunate events and RV insurance, we were blessed to be able to find something we could continue our RVing lifestyle in with the boys and hope to keep it for a while until the boys get bored of us then we’ll likely downsize to some type of couple’s unit. I’m new and this the first video of your channel I’ve watched. First of all I want to say congratulations, secondly thank you for letting us be part of your journey. I see that you are not new to the camping world and have had some adventures. You have a lovely family and are truly blessed beyond measure. My husband and I looked at travel trailers a few years ago and I thought I had convinced him to invest in a home away from home. He is such a wonderful man but a total homebody and my thoughts were that he could still be a homebody on the road. You are correct, you are always home in an RV no matter where you are and you can be as active or home body as you want once you arrive at your destination. I'm so happy for you! The Boys pick a good one. The Grand Canon is beautiful. Try to go on the see through bridge. That way you can see all the way down. Ooooh only wear hats that breath. No close in hats, they hold in the heat, causing heat stroke. Get gatorade for all the western states. It puts the eletrolytes back. Love ur fam & Sonny. Have lots of fun!! 'Sugar'

Congratulations on your new rig.🎉 I love it! We hope to see you on the road someday. That had to be the most thorough walk-through I've seen to date, and I'm on my 4th RV. He was awesome.👌🏾 Two things that stood out to me: I believe he said that the outdoor refrigerators only work when plugged in, so you'll have to put those slides out for snacks & drinks. Also, I didn't hear him tell you, but you can not sit on the couch when the slide is in. Just an FYI. Safe travels, my new friends. Just looking out for you guys . Enjoy & God Bless!

That's a great catch on the outdoor refrigerators - I totally missed that and usually catch details like that. That in mind, it's not too difficult to remedy with an inverter. Between the solar panel and the truck, I would expect the camper battery to support it during travel. Of course look up the model number on the fridges to see how many watts they use, then choose an appropriately sized inverter.

Suggestion, that large side awning 6:05 - you need a support in the middle when closed. They are not hard to put on but anything over 10' needs a support in the middle when closed. Most awning manufacturers put that in the paperwork, but that never shows up when you buy a rig with it on it. 10' plus can sag in the middle, guess what happens if it does and you don't have a support on it, yup - that awning from the maker of it, won't cover it. Look at 27:16. Also, I have to say - your video editing and the funny addons are great!

Congratulations! That was quite a walk thru. I think the importance of this is often understated. When we bought ours, I thought it was good but ended up making some discoveries afterward. One that could have been a big deal had I not caught it in time. I'll be repairing this some point since I'm able and don't want to trust the dealer with it. Hopefully that great level of support continues as you use the new camper.

It is such an amazing way to travel. It’s not for everyone but we have been making RVing memories with our boys since they were 2 and 3 yrs old. So when they decide they have outgrown us, we’ll be sad but we know we did our best to rack up as many childhood memories with them as possible. 🥹 I hope you succeed in getting your husband on board. I'm not fond of the style of entry step because you need extra space if you had to park TT in storage facility and when its time to put the steps up/departure day, definitely sweep them off or wet/rainy days, put towel or something to absorb the water. So many New features, waterheater, fridge, stove/over, motion lights, ect... Happy Glamping! Safe travels!

Welcome to the channel and many thanks for the support. So glad you enjoyed the video. Yes it does come with screens on most of the windows except those with the emergency exit but even the exit in the dining area has a small window with a screen in it that can open. We have discussed possibly adding more solar and batteries but will get all that figured out in the future. We have a RV cover we’ll use when we know it may be a bit of time in between use and definitely washing it as needed. I am ready for our next adventure. Trying to decide RV or Boat adventure but we’ll see. Thanks again for watching.
