In my enclosed I removed the bottom drawer of the tool box and installed the winch in that area and made a flap door for it. I would stick with the hitch coupler that is on the trailer since it is rated for over the trailer capacity. I hear pintle hitch are strong but noisy and clunky

Mount the winch against the driver side wall and snatch block it we have all our race trailers setup like that now
