I booked the train from this official website.　www.jrhokkaido.co.jp/global/　 You don't need to make a reservation for the bus from the station. When you arrive at Asahikawa Station by train, just go to the bus stop in front of the station and wait in line.　Time table is here www.asahikawa-denkikidou.jp/schedule/zoo-airport-timetable/# I think I spent about four hours in the zoo.　As you can see, it was very snowy and difficult to walk.　Enjoy your trip
