I’ve seen so many shows at the Providence Civic Center. I would give them all back to have seen Elvis just once.

I just happened to talk to a lady yesterday who saw Elvis on Long Island. I was listing all of the people I saw in concert, and then she told me her list. I said, man, I would give up all those other concerts I attended to see him. And I loved the concerts that I saw.

Great video guys, as usual...ELVIS was such a phenomenal human being and entertainer,, that people who saw HIS concerts no matter how long it has been, will always remember it, ., ,Even though Mr. Jay Gordon was so young at the time, he still remembered all the song that ELVIS sang, and all those fans . fighting for a scarf..I liked the last picture, showing him as a young lad with his dad...****MEMORIES ARE MADE OF THIS***.TCB , guys and thank you again for this respectful approach to ELVIS PRESLEY ****THE KING**** History....***LONG LIVE THE KING****and Long Live your videos****

Awesome video guys! I always look forward to them. I know how Jay Gordon feels. Yesterday was 47 years since my one and only Elvis concert in Fort Worth. It was the night before the Bicentennial and was so exciting for a 12 year old. The memories of that day are so vivid.

ANOTHER GREAT ONE! Although, by now, I know you guys put out Amazing videos always. I was surprised to read the thumßbnail and it said Jay Gordon! When I was a little boy, every Sunday morning from 8Am-9Am, I religiously listened to his radio show titled "Elvis Only". It has to be about 15/20 years since that show was on the air. I miss it. I always wondered what happened to/with Jay. Thanks for this.

I wish I would’ve went to that show I turn 16 years old that day I was in a fan into 1982 or 83. I met Jay Gordon. I don’t remember where you was but I met them in Massachusetts at the mall. Are used to listen to Elvis only where I used to live in Providence Rhode Island but I don’t live there no more I want to know what time this is on Elvis only are used to record it onto minidisc Jay Gordon. I have bad news September 20. It’ll be five years ago. My ex-wife passed away. Agnes my name is Lenny. I want to know what time is Elvis only on 103.3 pm yes, my birthday is May 23, 1961 May and Linda Thompson has the same birthday but she’s older than me and she is one beautiful lady. I wish I could meet her I have not seen you in a long time Jay, I met you once in me and I miss you still win a lot of prizes on your show 8 AM on oldies 103.3. I wish I could’ve went to the show I wish they would come out a soundboard recording, I wish they come out with all the ones in Providence, Rhode Island on soundboard cds

Jay, this is Leonard from Providence. I used to listen to your show oldies 103.3 my ex-wife Steve was Agnes but she passed away September 20 will be five years. I met you in Massachusetts at the mall where the prison is I don’t remember what year was and I used to win prizes every week me and Agnes and this was my birthday in 1977. I did not go my uncle. And its ex-wife wins my ex neighbor and a friend. I’ve been a peon since 1982 or 83. I wish they would come out this on soundboard along with Elvis‘s last concert and all of his concerts in the 70s. I have a lot of his music Elvis Jay Gordon, I still can’t believe it from Elvis back in Nashville Sony music is saying that amazing Grace is not a gospel song and Padre to what’s the matter with them people in New York are they that stupid

Good video man. Great point at 8:04 , i forgot the story, but someone once recommended to Elvis that at the end of his shows, he should add a hologram which would sorta “fly” updwards as Elvis left the stage. Elvis thought the idea was ludicrous, he knew he didn’t need fog, lasers etc. the only thing he needed was a sparkling suit, a band, a microphone and maybe the odd blue and red lights shining on him. Only watched the first half of the video, but hope Jay has listened to this concert from this night. Easy to find any concert you want today. Must bring back memories

Jay, I turn 16 years old that day I’m sorry I did not know who Elvis was. I wish I would’ve went to the show even one and 74 and 76. I wish I would’ve went to see Elvis in Providence Rhode Island. I am a big fan now what are you not like or did you want to watch his songs that remix in them and they sound terrible? March 5, 1988 I got married me and Agnes and we stayed at the Marriott hotel. I didn’t know that until earlier today that elvis there and 76.

Jay Gordon there was no in the afternoon show it was only a evening show did one concert that day May 23, 1977 that is my birthday I should know but I did not go to that show because I was not a fan and 1982 or 83 I don’t remember what month I’m a big Elvis fan I used to listen to your radio show every week at 8 o’clock in the morning I even recorded Sony minidisc and I record shows my machine would record an LP mode and I still have them. I didn’t record every show because I didn’t have that machine back in and me and Agnes still went every week prizes. I have really bad news that Agnes passed away it’ll be six years September 20 and my mother passed away and my sister to and my dad first I wish they would come out with this concert. Like I said I wish it was available on video professional. Have a nice new year and how was your Christmas? God bless you and your family I met you once in Massachusetts at a mall I don’t remember when God bless again

My name is Lenny that was my birthday. I was not fan too 1982 or 83. I wish I remember my uncle and his ex-wife went to see that show and I know other people did too. I turned 16 years old May 23, 1977. It’s sad this show is not released on CD soundboard it’s only in it that audience recording on real bad that’s just a shame even Elvis’s last concert. It’s not a soundboard. I don’t know why Sony doesn’t buy the soundboards of these recordings from his Bruce Jackson wife. God bless Bruce Jackson.soul

I just turned 16 years old that day, and my uncle and his ex-wife went to go see him, but it was his wife and my ex neighbor went to go see him in the front of mine went to go see him too, but he gets mad at me because I talk about Elvis too much And I still can’t believe it was Sonny Music it’s about amazing grace from Elvis back in Nashville. This ain’t amazing grace is a country folk song along with Padre no Jay Gordon the gospel song what the matter with the people in New York are they not stupid? They need to go to school, that song was written back in the 1700s
@Lennyjr211 ай бұрын
I do not have the shows from 74 and 76 because they’re audience recordings and they saw real bad but I do have the ones from 77. Only reason why I bought that because it was my birthday and they sound bad too. I can’t believe Sony will not buythat from Bruce Jackson’s wife, I don’t know why Bruce Jackson did not sell the concert to Sony when it when he was alive God bless his soul Bruce Jackson

I went to go see that movie last year and I walked out at the end of it. I did not want to hear rap and hip-hop by stupid Eminem, and whoever was not even Music it should not be in a rock Hall of Fame. It is why did Lisa, Marie Presley and Presley allowed hip-hop at the end of that movie? I get up and walked away and I said two people that was cleaning up theater in Providence Rhode Island I said I’m getting hell out of here because I don’t like rap or hip-hop, I think that’s what I said Jay Gordon you are wrong he did not sing American beautiful and 77 at the Providence civic center
