@@ionobru There is more to voice acting then just reading the script. You have to be able to show a character's emotions through their voice. It shouldn't be obvious that the actor is reading a script from the speech alone. It needs to sound real. And the voice actors have nothing but the script to work with since animation is usually done at the same time as voice recordings because the animators need to have the voice so they can sync the animation to the words.
