You should really listen to your body. I was the same kind of working bee and I didn't rest even when I was sick, which ended with a heart muscle infection which took me 3 months of almost doing nothing just to stay alive. You only have one life and you spend it in this body, treat it good.

I love doing random errands and store visits when I’m done with work/study and thoroughly exhausted because I know that if I go home in that state the temptation to nap will be overwhelming 😆 I’ll go easy and take my time and just unwind as I go from place to place

I just got my glasses from Warby and they were $225 bcus I'm legally blind....so if you are extremely blind like me there is no hope for low cost 😂😂😔 still love my glasses tho.
