@@pushpendraprajapat6030 first up all try to find out any record of your bike from rto office. With the help of agent how have strong connection inside the rto office. Try to get bike number plate number online at rto site. After that your agent will tell you next procedure about duplicate RC book, green tax, rc book penalty etc. After that we will get an duplicate RC authorized by rto. 👍
