For some time, Professor Hicks has been doing a philosophical analysis podcast on a wide range of contemporary topics. It has been available on a number of other platforms. It is now being offered on KZbin as well. Its mission is to “ to explain the chaos.”
Stephen R. C. Hicks, Ph.D., is Professor of Philosophy at Rockford University, USA, and has had visiting positions at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., University of Kasimir the Great in Poland, Oxford University’s Harris Manchester College in England, and Jagiellonian University in Poland.

Um... I do not like Mackinnon's account of pornography still this argument why it supposedly makes her "postmodern" isn't convincing. She's articulating a consistent radical feminist point of view. Just because she accepts gender is a social construct and is one of those radfems who isn't a TERF doesn't make her a postmodern.

@@plekkchand What is money? I think it's pretty clear that money is a social construct in a sense. I'm not sure but most people would probably agree. Doesn't make you a post modernist if you do. Also all feminist will agree that at least some gender differences are acquired instead of internal. But not all feminism is postmodern just because they accept the mere existence of social constructs.

It's not only that she (a) accepts the social-construct thesis, but also the postmodern (b) language-and-imagery-as-determining-psychology thesis, and (c) fundamental adversarialism. On those three important issues, she's neither pre-modern nor modern. Also true that she is not postmodern on some other issues.
