Did you traverse the entire Simpson Desert solo? I want to accomplish this in due time. If so, how long did it take you.

@@cmoreoverland6739 The Simpson desert is absolutely huge and has many different tracks. The path I took started in Birdsville, along the QAA line to Poeppel Corner then up the Hay river track to the plenty highway. This was approx a 700km journey and travels in a north direction through the Simpson. There are many tracks a popular one being the French line which crosses east to west vice versa and the madigan line (only west to east) plus several other tracks. I would love to take on more but as I’m completing a lap I’ll have to come back to it sometime. For helpful information I used the Simpson desert adventure Facebook group where you’ll find a wealth of knowledge
