Technically, the Elite sniper doesn't do knockback. The Ceramic shock Monkey knowledge allows all sniper monkeys to briefly slow down ceramic bloons that they hit. They get slowed down to 30%* of their normal normal speed for 0.6 seconds, but don't actually get knocked back. *I'm not completely sure if they're slowed to 30% of their speed or 70% of their speed, the wording on the wiki is a little ambiguous.
