Your dad reminds me so much of who i basically consider my dad, i got him into hiking and he didnt care about weight at all to begin. he was at like 45lbs now he finally listens to me and i have him below 30 now thankfully. hes 62 he cant carry 45 and keep up

Waymark gear thru is the pack I live by. I can carry upwards of 25 lbs with no hip belt like notnkngs on my back. Amazing packs!
