Taking samples from a random number table

waoo..its good.. I just want to ask some questions.. 1- can we start from any row or column we want to? 2-should we consider the last number e.g:- 01_50 so if in random number table we get 50 so are we going to consider it or not??? Thanking you in anticipation..!

Yes, you can start from any row or column because the digits are all random. Be careful! Your textbook or instructor may tell you to start at a certain location, so you can check your answers against an answer key. I'm not sure I understand your second question, but I'll try to answer it! If you're looking to select numbers from 01 to 50, you'll probably use the number 50, because otherwise the directions would say select numbers from 01-49.
