As already mentioned in the comment section, this was previously covered on Cracking the Cryptic. That time I was able to finish in 25:20 with help from Simon's solve.

It was nice isn't it? Not easy but still very fun to play. I solve this some days ago but I gave it another try to see my time: 12:21. I love the way the fog was lifted here. Ah, I alaways use colours and "fake pencilmark" (when I pencilmark only to reminds me of something) to help me =) Thanks for the solve 😀

Simon from Cracking the Cryptic also solved this. Surprisingly both of you struggled with the solve. It was a very rare case where I solved the puzzle quicker than Simon. It’s worth mentioning that even if an arrow is given it may contain NO DIGITS in the correct place, which can be useful for the negative constraint.

Yeah, I thought it was weird how much Simon struggled with this. I thought it was relatively simple. 99.9% of the time Simon is way faster than me.
