I'm at the halfway point of my 20-week training plan, and as I kick off week 11, I take a moment to check off a few goals that I've reached, and others that I'll bring into focus over the next 10 weeks. I'll shift my focus away from the 2000m row for a while and focus on some other distances/disciplines to keep things interesting.
I also get yet another chance to practice taking a glass half-full view of a less-than-ideal workout. There's always something to be learned!
